OGP® EVOLVE SPC is statistical process control (SPC) software that works with any measurement system. It monitors results from one or multiple systems in real time.
The software shows process trends and variation with easy-to-read visuals. Measurement data can also be displayed on the part’s CAD model to highlight each measured feature.
When used with ZONE3®, the CAD model and measurement data are automatically connected. EVOLVE SPC can create reports in Excel, PDF, and QDAS formats.
The software also supports Gage R&R studies with step-by-step guidance for operators. For regulated industries, it includes user access controls, audit logs, and electronic signatures to help meet FDA 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
